SILK CAMELLIAS AND FABRIC FLOWERS (First released June 2021)
This month I am sharing with you my beautiful silk camellias and fabric flowers. I love making these lifesize blooms as they are so versatile. I show you in detail how to make a selection of flowers on my Friday Night IGTVs, so not only are you purchasing a full set of instructions and templates but also a fun interactive online workshop!
This 10-page download includes templates, instructions and inspirational photographs to make a variety of life size fabric flowers. There's camellias, poppies, primroses, anemones and bluebells (granted they may not be botanically correct but they are still beautiful!
Once you have mastered the techniques necessary for this project you will be able to make a whole gardenful of wonderful blooms.
You don't need many materials for this project, scraps of fabric A4 in size, PVA glue, scissors and a glue gun are the main ones - oh and something to protect your clothing and your workspace from a sticky mass of glue!!
