Introducing the new Flower Meadow Huxley the Hare craft kit, a unique embroidery project using 100% wool felt. Ideal for anyone looking for something a little bit different to stitch. 
 
This 3D Huxley stands 20cm tall from his tail to the tips of his ears. The floral design and body pieces are hand screenprinted on to a cream coloured 100% wool felt making embroidering the flowers a joy. It's like colouring in but with thread!  There's no fiddly design transfer methods, you can just start stitching. When you have finished, there is a clear dashed line to cut around for each body piece. 
 
Huxley is a gorgeous project to work on over a few evenings,  or whilst relaxing on holiday, the felt is soft and strong and you don't need a hoop to embroider it in, making it a great project for on the go.  The kit is packaged in a slimline card envelope perfect for slipping in your hand luggage (did you know you can take small embrodiery scissors on a plane?) 
 
The kit includes a 16 page full colour booklet with photographic step by step instructions for making your Huxley and there is also an accompanying how to video.

All you will need to provide to create your hare are embrodiery scissors and  stuffing - I recommend using scrap fabric; such as soft cotton sheets or similar rather than toy stuffing as it gives a good weight to the finished hare (and is better for the planet!!)
